FSJ Women’s Resource Society Celebrates 40th Anniversary<\/h3>

The Fort St. John Women's Resource Society (FSJWRS) celebrated its 40th Anniversary in March 2021 with its biggest fundraiser. Their target of having one Donor of the Day for 40 days to raise $40,000 exceeded, as many organizations and families made significant and anonymous contributions where they raised a total of $60,000.<\/p>\n

The money raised will go towards the construction of a much-needed new roof for the FSJWRS building.<\/p>\n

The FSJWRS strives to empower women and girls and people of low income with the tools to improve the qualify of their own lives. They are committed to promoting equality, safety and well-being of the women in our community.
